1] Drink at least 650 ml of water instantly as you wake up. Drinking a lot of water as you wake up immediately re-hydrates your body. Your 6-8 hours of sleep makes your body very much dehydrated. Drinking at least 2-3 glasses of water will act as a fuel to your body in the morning. Also , it will help your skin to glow. It will energise you and will make you ready for your day.
2] Make your bed - Making your bed in the morning is itself a great achievement for our mind. If you make your bed in the morning which should be your first task of the day, your are already down one task and that will automatically send a signal to your brain that I have already accomplished a task in the morning itself. That will help you be even more focused and work on you greater tasks of the day effectively and efficiently.
3] The next thing you wanna do is to practice meditation and mobility. Staying in the bed for 6-8 hours daily will make your body quite stiff and over the period , if you don’t practice mobility or even a little bit of stretching, your body will keep becoming stiff which will shackle your overall growth. After waking up , meditation helps you to see and vision your future goals or even your daily tasks clearly and you have an instant focus on it . Practicing meditation is a great way to start your day as your mind becomes more clear which helps you to become more effective in your work without any distractions. Mobility is essential for making your body flexible and cure the early morning laziness.
4] Prep your day - Make daily tasks and write down it on a notepad or write it digitally, just so that you have a list of things to do in that particular day. Making a TO-DO list in the morning itself or a night before makes you more focused towards your priorities and to work on those goals and tasks you seriously wanna complete without wasting any more time.
5] Read news of various topics which will keep you updated and you will be aware of what is happening in the world around you. Trust me , reading news is a great way to increase your vocabulary, your idea bank and your knowledge which is still your greatest asset after you time.
6] Read self-help books - Reading self-help books is the best thing you can do in the morning to make you a productive beast. As self-help books contain inspirational quotes, extrinsic motivation and the things which give you an ample amount of dopamine release to act on things which are productivity related and which require your focus, reading books will help you get new ideas and to get along with your work as a student or even an adult very effectively.

Having a proper breakfast , you can work without distractions and achieve whatever you always wanted.
